Understanding your team’s strengths

As someone who primarily works from home, I always appreciate the energy of being in person with clients.

Yesterday was a special treat.

I had the opportunity to be back on-site with the PMO team at AIPSO during their in-person workweek.

A couple of years ago, we explored CliftonStrengths together.

And yesterday, we built on that foundation doing an even deeper dive.

What stands out about this team?

Their connection.

Their curiosity.

And their willingness to do the work.

When teams truly understand their strengths—individually and collectively—it unlocks a new level of collaboration and impact.

I’m so excited to see where they take this work next!

P.S. If you’re looking to improve your team’s collaboration and performance through CliftonStrengths, let’s talk!
