Building & sustaining high performing teams

For the past three months, I’ve had the privilege of working with a group of incredible leaders through the Northwest Association of Independent Schools.

Together, we explored what it takes to build and sustain high-performing teams.

And today, we wrapped up our final session.

Throughout this series, we tackled big questions:

✅ What does a high-performing team truly look like?
✅ What is our role as leaders in shaping and supporting them?
✅ How do we sustain this work for the long haul?

What stood out to me the most?

The dedication these leaders brought– not just to their own growth, but to their teams and schools.

Their commitment to fostering strong, collaborative cultures was inspiring.

A huge thank you to Emily McGrath for bringing this program to life.

And to
Vivian-Tram Hoang and Jami Sheets for their invaluable support.

It’s been an honor to be part of this journey.

I’m excited to see the continued impact these leaders will make!
