There is power in teamwork

Collaboration is one of the things I miss most about working in a school.

Having the chance to collaborate with Mission & Data has helped fill my collaboration bucket.

This past weekend included a quick trip to the Bay Area with Ari Betof, EdD, MBA and Barbara Rosston to facilitate the Crowden Music Center Board of Trustees retreat.

It is always a pleasure to work with these two.

And it was exciting to watch this board come together as they forward the mission of the organization.

There is real power in teamwork.

And I am lucky to be on a great one with this project.

Now maybe next time I can make this trip a little longer than 24 hours...
