Gratitude

A year ago today, I facilitated my first retreat as Carpenter Leadership Consulting with Allison Letourneau and the Admission team at Berkshire School.

Fast forward to yesterday.

We had our 4th retreat together.

Four retreats!

They hold the record.

This team holds a special space in my heart.

Every interaction with them feels like a homecoming.

And yesterday was no exception.

I am immensely grateful for this team and the way they dive into work together.

Thank you, Allison and the entire team at Berkshire School for welcoming me into Chase House and making me feel like a part of this great team!
