Thank you ISAS!

It was such a pleasure to attend the Independent Schools Association of the Southwest (ISAS) Division Heads Conference in Santa Fe!

Yesterday, I spoke on “Creating Strategy-Focused Teams.”

It's intentional work with a process.

And it has a huge impact in moving the work of our schools forward.

Being among school leaders always fills me with energy and inspiration.

And this group was really wonderful.

It was also fun to continue the conversation with people over drinks to hear how they are building their own teams.

Our independent schools are lucky to have these people leading their divisions.
