Priorities and Boundaries

Administrative professionals are the backbone of our schools.

And I was lucky enough to spend the last two days with a particularly impressive group of them at the Northwest Association of Independent Schools Administrative Support Conference.

I spoke today on the topic of "Priorities and Boundaries: Developing Your Leadership as an Administrative Assistant” where we explored the leadership skills everyone needs regardless of role, and how best to set priorities and establish boundaries.

It was a privilege to share the stage with Chaya Keefe, Brandon Jacobs, and Heather Denniston. I picked up so many new insights!

And a very special shoutout to the NWAIS team- Emily McGrath, Jami Sheets and Vivian-Tram Hoang- as well as the planning committee for organizing such a valuable and engaging event.
