Why do we only talk about onboarding when someone first joins an organization?
I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately because it’s almost July 1.
And there will be lots of folks joining schools.
But what about the onboarding needed when individuals ascend to leadership within their current school?
It's essential to recognize that growth doesn't stop when we start at a new organization.
It continues as you grow into leadership roles.
As a leader, you have a vital role in creating an intentional process for those moving into new roles and setting new leaders up for success.
