Another great retreat

I had the opportunity to spend this morning at Avon Old Farms with the A/D team.

We did a dive into Gallup CliftonStrengths® which is always fun.

The team at Avon was so great.

They were willing to dig into the work of strengths, think about how they work together and discuss what they want to accomplish going forward.

As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, I always love to do this work with teams and see the aha moments that happen.
