Visiting Brooklyn

I love walking around Brooklyn.

Yesterday, I had a little time to explore on my way to spend the afternoon with Stephanie Flanigan and the senior team at Brooklyn Heights Montessori School.

BHMS is a very special school.

The energy in the building is contagious.

And they have an amazing senior team.

We spent the afternoon doing a deep dive into CliftonStrengths® and building trust before launching the school year.

There were aha moments, opportunities for self-reflection, and most importantly, lots of laughter.

I am always grateful to spend time with teams as dedicated and inspiring as this one.

I have no doubt that the upcoming school year will be a success!
