Thank you Belmont Day!

I was lucky to spend yesterday with Brendan Largay and the leadership team at Belmont Day School to facilitate their summer team retreat.

It is always delightful seeing a team come together through collaborative efforts.

One of the highlights of the day for me was witnessing team members open up and connect on a deeper level.

It's moments like these that remind me why I find facilitation so rewarding.
