Take a break

Somehow the following statement has become controversial:

It's okay to take a break.

Disconnecting and decompressing are required for leaders to be successful.

And not just leaders at the top like Heads of School. Senior leaders need time too.

The work will never get done if leaders are too burned out to do it.
