How to give effective feedback in 7 steps:

3. Be timely: Feedback is most effective when it's given promptly.

5. Be constructive: Offer suggestions for improvement and work together to develop a growth plan.
   
6. Be open: Feedback should always be a two-way conversation, so ask about the other person’s perspective.
