Hello from San Antonio

Texas is hot!

The past few days in San Antonio have been nothing short of fantastic.

I had the opportunity to collaborate with Jerrod Price and the leadership team of the Youth Orchestra of San Antonio for their summer leadership retreat.

Facilitating retreats is genuinely one of my favorite things to do.

And working with this team was incredibly rewarding.

Witnessing them come together, foster trust, embrace openness, and engage in deep conversations was an absolute privilege.

I'm excited to see all they accomplish together this coming year!
