Final Day of Cohort 1

Today marked the final meeting of the 2022-23 Assistant/Associate Heads Leadership Cohort.

It's hard to believe how quickly this year has flown by!

When I first conceived this program, my vision was to create a supportive and collaborative space where Assistant and Associate Heads could come together to exchange ideas, develop new leadership skills, and foster a sense of camaraderie.

I am honored to have had the privilege of working alongside an exceptional group of Assistant and Associate Heads throughout this journey.

Together, we dove into what it means to lead from this unique position, shared insights, and forged lasting connections.

I am deeply grateful to everyone in the cohort for their commitment and dedication to this work.

Our independent schools are lucky to have these leaders in our schools!
