A leadership mistake?

Not delegating.

Just because you might be able to do the work faster yourself doesn't mean you should.

It would be faster to do our students' work too.

But if you did that, how would they learn?

You give your team key skills and opportunities to learn when you delegate.

Remember helping others grow is one of the most important things you do as a leader.
