A bad leadership habit

Immediately jumping into problem-solving mode is a bad leadership habit.

Because sometimes your direct reports aren’t looking for you to solve their problems.

They might be looking to talk out their thinking.

Next time someone comes to you with a problem, try asking the following:

🔸 Do you want me to listen or do you want me to help?

This fosters a culture of ownership and accountability.

Remember, leadership is about empowering others to lead.
